SFs: The Customer Service People

People who have “SF” in their type are practical and personal. They contribute to a project or team by finding ways to support people and the group. 🤝

  • Asks “How can I help everyone?”
  • Warm
  • Focused on realities
  • Practical
  • People-oriented
  • Sympathetic
  • Personal and harmonious
  • Maintains good relationships
  • Comfortable environments

SFs tend to approach life and work in a warm people-oriented manner, liking to focus on realities and hands-on careers.

SFs are often found in human services and in careers that require a sympathetic approach to people. SFs are often found in the clergy, teaching, health care, child care, sales and office work, and personal services. Careers like nursing, nutritionist, office manager, retail owner, curator, design, gardener, or counselor tend to appeal to SFs. Note: SFs can be successful in any job, but certain jobs may be more attractive than others.

They tend to be less interested in careers that require an analytical and impersonal approach to information and ideas.

  1. This is a great break down and I love the images you created to go along with each… is there one missing though for the NT’s? I only see 3 groups and 12 types represented out of the 16. Would love to use this as a resource for my students as they are learning about leadership and communication styles using the MBTI, but need all the types. Thanks!
